Research note

Paired evaluation of multi-agent decisions under imperfect information

We compare a revised policy with two references using matched stochastic conditions and mirrored roles. Two completed October 2026 comparisons each contain 60,000 independent pairs. Positive point estimates are accompanied by intervals spanning zero; neither comparison establishes an improvement.

Working paper

Regret, coverage and uncertainty in multi-agent policy evaluation

This revision retains the mathematical framework of the August working paper and adds completed paired comparisons from 15 October 2026. Counterfactual regret, represented information sets, action agreement and paired utility estimates are treated as distinct quantities. Their interpretation does not rely on infrastructure scale or publication status.

Systems note

Accepted-work accounting and experimental transition control

This systems paper separates experimental work, evidence of a measured change and the authority to alter a running system. It retains the accepted-work and transition predicates of the original edition, and relates them to the completed October evaluations without treating an implementation event as an empirical improvement.

Systems note

Computational accounting and measurement units in policy research

We distinguish worker scheduling time, represented-state coverage, action agreement and paired utility. This revision preserves the measurement definitions of the original systems note and connects them to the October evaluation records. Resource quantities and empirical performance are reported independently.

Points: paired mean differences. Lines: reported 95% confidence intervals. Dashed line: zero.

Both intervals contain zero; improvement is not established. The comparisons share scenarios and are not independent replications. Intervals are pointwise, without adjustment for multiple comparisons.
